Sarah Caponi (Aquarius / Projector)
Sarah has been on the yoga mat since she was 18 and officially teaching since 2019, helping people feel amazing in their bodies. She’s a certified sound therapist, Pilates instructor, and Human Design reader, which adds some extra magic to her classes and retreats. Her passion? Guiding you to live your best life with ease, flow, and a deep connection to your body—because life is so much better when you feel good! Ready to move, groove, and connect with yourself in a whole new way? She’s ready to help you make it happen! Sarah is based in Mexico City and live with her amazing gatita Uma.
Erin McMonagle (Aquarius / Generator)
Erin is an event producer, GYROTONIC apprentice trainer, and artist based in Mexico City. She discovered GYROTONIC in 2017, and in 2022, she became an Apprentice Trainer. Erin devoted a decade to creating art and performing in New York City. Her work has received grants from the New York Foundation for the Arts, and presented at venues such as Chashama and Passerby. One of her proudest moments was having her work appear in the New York Magazine Approval Matrix as "Low Brow Brilliant,". In 2015 Erin developed an intuitive reading method - screen reading - using cell phones instead of the standard palm or tarot card. She gives private readings and has also worked with clients like Hilton, French Connection, Mashable, and Tubi on events.
Casa Em
Located on the outskirts of Puertecito, a quiet town 30 minutes from Puerto Escondido, Casa Em is a serene refuge that fuses nature with contemporary achitecture. The house has ocean views and is a short walk from the beach. With beautiful and stylish indoor/outdoor living spaces, lush gardens, and a large infinity pool, you’ll never want to leave.
